Glendalough Equestrian Centre
Glendalough Equestrian and Adventure Centre is located in the amazing setting of Glendalough. This historic property is surrounded by acres of mature woodland and
the river Avonmore runs through the property. Access is also avaliable to Scar Mountain, which adjoins the Estate.
Glendalough Equestrian and Adventure Centre is AIRE (Association of Irish Riding Establishments) approved and fully insured.
We offer trekking, lessons and livery – all under the supervision of our professional and qualified staff. Adults and children are welcome. Advance booking is essential.

Annamoe Trout Fishery 
Annamoe Trout Fishery is situated in close proximity to the villages of Annamoe and Glendalough.
It is a 4 acre lake set on the banks of the Annamoe River.
The lake is filled with trout up to 20lbs weight, where fly fishing only is permitted. Annamoe Fishery
\also contains a junior bait fishing pond and so this is an activity that is also very well suited to children.

Clara Lara Funpark
Clara Lara Funpark is Ireland’s most outstanding outdoor adventure park. It is a unique park dedicated to providing healthy and creative fun for families and groups of children.
There is lots here for all active ages. We open at 10.30am. and close at 6.00pm. You are welcome to stay as long as you wish within these times.
We have a picnic restaurant serving burgers, chips, sandwiches, ice cream, teas and coffee etc. and a small shop. There are extensive picnic areas and you are welcome to bring your own picnics.
Clara Lara Funpark is in County Wicklow midway between Laragh and Rathdrum and about 5 miles from Glendalough.
Glenroe Open Farm
Offers close access to a terrific selection of farm animals and pets. This is a wonderful experience for kids, who can see a variety of farm animals up close and in real life.
It is an excellent opportunity for kids to learn about farm life, which is still, to this day, a very important aspect of Irish culture. With Wicklow being situated in close proximity to Dublin,
the Open Farm allows city kids to experience life on a farm and the experience is invaluable to kids that may never before have seen farm animals up close.
There is a playground and a coffee shop on site which means that children and adults alike are entertained.
